Terms & Conditions & Cancellation Policy

Missed appointments are not healthy for any business, they really damage us. If you fail to attend your appointment without cancelling at least 24 hours prior we may charge 50% of your appointment time on your next visit.

Using our services entitles you to free fringe trims between appointments. 

If for any reason you are unhappy with your result, we will happily correct it for you free of charge, refunds are not offered. You must inform us within 5 days of your appointment.

Any retail products purchased cannot be refunded or exchanged once opened.

Children & O.A.P pay full price on Saturday & Sundays.
